Star Rover™ Studio Desk

The design of the Star Rover is excellent. The manufacturer lets you guys down. Instructions are very difficult and we ran into issues like powder coat inside threads so that bolts won’t fit. Pilot holes not drilled. Just dumb stuff that makes it difficult to assemble the desk. You have a good company and I think your hearts are in the right place. Your social media presence is on point and advertising is working.That said, the people manuractutibg and packaging your product are not delivering.

The instructions are the worst. We are pretty much on our own trying to figure it out like a puzzle. The instructions are of almost no help at all.

The desk is great once it's assembled but the instructions are terrible. It took a cohort who works in the building trades and myself 3 1/2 hours to put it together. The different kinds of screws are labeled in the instructions but were haphazardly thrown together in one bag.

I needed a small audio workstation for a modest home setup and the Wavebone Star Rover Studio Desk was the perfect footprint. For the build quality, it is a fair price and shipping was faster than expected. One thing that would make the desk more helpful is if the instructions were more clear; the illustrations are far too tiny with significant details being hard to see i.e. which way a piece is oriented and which holes to align etc. Overall, I’m very happy with the desk and would recommend it for smaller spaces.
