I absolutely love this chair and it has seen a lot of use over the last 2 years. However the rubber arm rests have started to break off.

I really don't want to get a new chair, are there any replacements available for the left and right rubber on top of the arm rests?

Otherwise, I could not ask for a better chair. It is honestly the best.

I bought the viking webbed chair hoping it would provide dual service as a computer chair and guitar practice chair. It works great for both and I like how easy it is to flip the arms up and down for each function. I find the chair very comfortable, but felt like, when in the full upright position the seat needed to tip slightly more forward for my taste. This was easily accomplished by adding a couple of washers on each of the two rear mounting screws for the seat - a five minute job. The headrest is nice when the seat is tipped back, but when fully upright, the headrest would not adjust high enough, or forward enough for my taste. (I am 6'0" tall.) I ended up making a two inch extension for the headrest mount that provided a little more adjustable height and forward movement. Now I love everything about the chair. I actually look forward to practicing my guitar and find I can practice longer when using this chair. It's more expensive than many alternatives, but tome, its been worth it.
[If Wavebone had added included a 2" x 3" plastic headrest extension along with a bolt and nut, I would happily have given this chair five stars.]

Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about this chair. Very comfortable, well built, extremely adjustable especially with the fold-back arm rest design that's crucial for guitar players, aside from limited color selection, it has everything one could hope for in an ergonomic office chair. To get the same comfort and adjustability from other high end brands like Herman Miller or ErgoCentric, you will easily need to spend 2-3 times the price, and the end product will hardly be any better.

Love the chair - hands down - super comfortable, adjustable way beyond most standard desk chairs and love the ability to fold down the arms for when I'm playing.

That said I had an issue ordering the hangar and headrest add-on - it simply refused to add to cart and support wouldn't help me get the product at the discounted price when purchasing with the chair so I ended up having to order it at full price.

Minor issue that should be an easy solve on the site but clearly there is a bug therein.

The chair however is awesome :)
